Luxury Suite Holders and Premium Seat holders enjoy the luxury, sophistication, and privilege that the Van Andel Arena has to offer. This exclusive access to many amenities offers sizeable suites with the finest views in the facility as well as fine food and beverage offered by SAVOR...Grand Rapids.
The Arena has 43 suites on two distinct levels. All suites are equipped with a private entrance, restrooms, lockable liquor cabinet, color television, telephone, and refrigerators.
Suite holder Parking
As a suite holder you will enjoy the convenience of the private Suite holder parking lot, located directly behind the building on Oakes between Ottawa and Ionia.
Suite Holder Access/Keys
The Usher Staff will unlock and lock your Suite, however SAVOR...Grand Rapids will lock and unlock refrigerators and liquor cabinets. If you forgot or lost your cabinet and refrigerator keys, contact Guest Services.
5/3 Bank Vault
Our full service restaurant features exceptional fare including appetizer, salad, entree, and dessert specialties prepared by our skilled Culinary Team. During non-event times the 5/3 Bank Vault is available for private parties, meetings, conferences, etc.
Suite Catering
Suite food and beverage catering is elegantly provided by SAVOR…Grand Rapids. Ordering food or beverages for holidays, birthdays or special events may be done on the SAVOR…Grand Rapids website, by email at suites@smggr.com or through SAVOR... directly at 616-742-6233.
For information regarding food and beverage, please refer to the SAVOR…Grand Rapids Suite Menu or during an event refer to the Day of Event menu located in your suite. Orders can be placed the day of the event by dialing 5282 within the arena.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping is provided to all Suite holders who can take comfort in knowing that they will find their suite neat, clean and ready for entertaining upon arrival.
Cameras
Cameras are allowed; however, flash photography is prohibited. Video cameras and audio recorders are prohibited.
Hours of Suite Operation
Suites open one hour prior to the start of the event and close 30 minutes after the conclusion.
Tickets
In addition to the pre-determined amount of suite tickets that you will receive for every event, you may purchase additional tickets per event for your suite.
